We follow a strict investment policy

Finexpertis follows an active investment strategy by taking minority positions in unlisted companies, without any timely obligation on behalf of the investor to disinvest within a specific time period.

A stake in a company in portfolio can be maintained once the company is listed on the stock exchange.

In order to receive investment from Finexpertis, a company has to meet the following requirements:

to belong to the fintech and regtech sectors
to commit to regularly update its investors about the company information
to be able to create liquidities opportunities via a system facilitating mutual trading agreements amongst its investors
to commit to a 30% payout of profits (if applicable)
